Consultant Connect Description
The Consultant Connect App makes clinician-to-clinician communication simple.

Whether you need Advice & Guidance from a local consultant or to quickly reach a GP practice, the App puts you in touch quickly and easily.

Consultant Connect calls prioritise the use of your phone's internet connection rather than your mobile plan's voice minutes when we detect a good network connection (Note: Data charges may still apply. Contact your sim provider for details).

The app also includes a Safe Clinical Photography (PhotoSAF) feature, which enables clinicians to take secure clinical photos and add notes on their smartphones. Images and notes are automatically stored in an IG secure and GDPR compliant cloud (not on your phone). They can then easily be accessed via a desktop PC and attached to e-RS or nhs.net emails.

To get access to the Consultant Connect App, you must be within a participating NHS area. If you have any questions about the app or getting access to the app, please email the team at hello@consultantconnect.org.uk. Please note that available services on the app will vary depending on your area.
