The CoreVYO Performance+Wellness APP gives everyone, the opportunity to train like a pro athlete. Based on the experience and knowledge of Dr. Rick Celebrini, the CoreVYO app gives you access to training programs designed for athletes in the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLS, Olympians, and most notably two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash.
Specifically designed to utilize the CoreVYO Harness Pro Pack (bought separately), the Performance+Wellness APP delivers programs help to develop core strength, control, balance and develop functional movement patterns that translate into increased performance. Whether an elite athlete at the professional, college or high school level or a weekend warrior looking to increase their movement thresholds; CoreVYO programming is designed to fit the specific needs and experience of anyone looking to improve their athletic movement.
With CoreVYO’s sport-specific skill integrations, you can take your APP to the court, ice or field for your next practice to work on your skills with the added component of being challenged by the CoreVYO. Our programs are designed and used by coaches and players in the NBA, MLS and NHL.
Not only will the App provide one of a kind movement protocol, the APP will track daily development metrics such as nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, and recovery, while also being able to monitor ongoing testing and training data to show development, improvement and adherence.
The CoreVYO Performance + Wellness APP is not just a training tool, it is a tool to help guide your health, wellness and performance, and help you get better, every day.
System Features
· Online Strength & Conditioning: Prescribed, purposeful, programming designed, built and delivered by CoreVYO Performance Specialists.
· Sport specific skill training designed by NBA, MLS and NHL coaches that can be done on the court, field or ice
· Daily Online Health & Wellness Tracking Including: Body Awareness, Sleep, Nutrition & Hydration tracking, Mindset, and Recovery
· Data Collection: Workout and combine data is recorded.
· Reporting: Team and individual reports are generated and archived within the system. There is Club, Team, and Individual reporting.
· Athlete Assessment and testing: Teams can easily create, administer and record standardized testing with step-by-step instruction and video support.
· Scheduling: Coaches administer team schedules which then auto-populate within athlete profiles.
· Communication: On-going communication and support with CoreVYO Performance Team
· Individual progress reports, Team and Club Reports
