Keeping with the principle for instantaneous dynamism, Cosmos uses graphic filters synchronously with video capturing.
You can select from the interesting filters including Amatorka, Grayscale, or Sketch, and immediately start capturing video with filters applied at the same time.

Just pick the spot on the Timeline, and add by selecting your effect.
