The third restaurant in country side- sushi anamai restaurant, created by the sushi master is now open!
In the top sushi restaruant, sushi are served in the order from plain to strong flavor. The salmon from ocean has a semi-transparent texture with a tint of redness, the taste is fresh and sweet.
The shrimp we picked is luscious and Irresistible.
Our big octopus is sending strong and special smell after boiled. The tender texture will release the umami flavor every time you chew on it.
We also serve tamagoyaki, which is made by layers of eggs, broth and sugar.
