Face ID/Touch ID
-Once enabled, Touch ID and Face ID can now be used with supported devices to allow you to log into CrewForce/ShieldForce quickly and securely.
Route Improvements
-When dispatched to a call, a complete overview of the route is now displayed first. Details such as remaining distance, remaining time, and arrival times have also been added to the map to consolidate routing details into one view.
Search Bar
-The layout of the Search menu has been updated to accommodate the addition of new features. As new search capabilities are added, you will be able to scroll horizontally to access them.
BOLOs List
-The BOLOs list is now available to view from the Search Menu. This list displays various information and attachments relating to BOLOs. To see this new feature, upgrade to the latest version of the Enterprise Mobile.
BOLOs Details
-Tapping on a BOLO from the list allows you to quickly view important information such as details about a person or vehicle and attached documents such as photos or fliers.

Call List Swipe
- The most requested feature from users – which allows you to view details on calls you were not dispatched to – has been added. To access this new feature, swipe on a call on the Call List screen and tap on View Details.
Call Search
- The Search button allows you to view important details about cleared or cancelled calls. To run a search, tap on the Search button, then use either the quick buttons at the top of the screen or enter known information about the call.
Call Details
- Details such as the narrative, assigned units, attached persons and vehicles, and dispositions have been added to the Call Details screen. To refresh the data, pull down on the details until the refresh icon appears.
Filtering
- New filtering options have been added to the Call and Unit List widgets. These filters allow you to limit the data being displayed on the widgets to items such as pending calls, or units in a specific department.
Disable Auto Scroll Setting
- Automatic scrolling on the call list and map can now be disabled from the Settings menu. Scrolling through and selecting calls from the list can still be done manually if this setting is disabled.
New Roles
- If you use roles other than Firefighter, Engineer/Driver, or Company Officer, you can now add your own role in the New World App Portal.

Enhanced App Navigation
The bottom navigation has been redesigned with larger buttons that are easier to select. A Home button has also been added to take you back to the main screen at any time.
Context Indicator
The timeline indicator has been replaced with a text indicator, allowing you to view what context you are currently in (Not In Call, Dispatched, Enroute, or On Scene).
View More Widgets
The ability to view additional widgets is now available from any context. Scroll down to access additional functionality at any time. Press and hold down on a widget to bring it into full screen.
Redesigned Menu
To access the newly redesigned menu, tap on the hamburger Menu button to the left of the Context Indicator at the top of the screen. From this menu you can view user information, access settings such as night mode, and log out of your account.
