Fixed following items:
- card played after msg table opened would prevent clicking msg directly over card
- if you disconnect from database, you will now be notified
- improvements to opponent disconnection monitoring system
- points breakdown table reloads if new card played to middle while table is showing
- friend game stuck (was rare issue) - now should be super fixed :)
- friend games can now be continued from another device
- random opponent disconnecting on cut card page will not automatically search for new opponent

- Continued bot game (stall fix)
- Fixed issue where player's own status wasn't being set to 'online', which would prevent player from taking a win if their opponent quit early.
- On app crash, random online games will now auto re-join if launch app and game is still active.
- Minimizing app during online-random games will give the opponent opportunity to take the win (even if you are winning by a wide margin).
- Quitting random online games early will result in a draw or loss, depending on score. But never a win.
- Rear pegs were not always loading to correct positions on 'continued games'.
- Online game ban system is now dynamic based on player rank & number of completed games. Active players will have smaller lockouts.
