Le CrossGolfTraining (CGT) est un programme d’entraînement au golf. L’objectif principal du CGT est d’améliorer la performance golfique au travers d’exercices mélangeant entraînement spécifique au golf (Swing, petit jeu, putting,..) et entraînement physique (endurance, cardio, proprioception, équilibre, force,… ). L’amélioration de la performance est atteinte au travers d’exercices basés sur le jeu et qui peuvent être mesurés individuellement. Le programme d’entraînement a été conçu tant pour les golfeurs débutants que pour les golfeurs élites.
