Farm Focus comes to CTC Mobile
- Create new focused farms based on Walking Order, Likely to Sell, or combine other criteria

This update has some enhancements including a fix for the address label on the farm property detail view.

Farm dashboard view clearly shows you the Turnover Rate and Owner Occupancy Rate for your custom farms.
Farms that you have created can be viewed on a map, with pins indicating owner occupancy.

Quick Net Sheet are here.
These allow you to create new Net Advantage closing cost estimates in seconds.
We require only the very minimum amount of info and we'll take you straight to the report. If you want to get in and edit the fine grain details, you can do that too. All the power of Net Advantage with the ability to create them very quickly.
This also brings a new view and interface for Net Advantage and more settings options.
Various bug fixes are also included.

The costs in new Net Advantage reports come in and populate automatically.

New Polygon based Farms - We still have the original way to create "Walking" farms by drawing over the rooftops, but now there's a new way to select properties. Just tap out points to create a shape and go back to the first point to close it.

This version brings fixes and a bunch of new features, including our Custom Farms, Note Taking, and our Walking Farm.

The Walking Farm lets you generate new custom farms simply by drawing on a map with your finger across the homes you want to include. The farm will come back with lots of information on the properties.

You can also now rank properties with a 5 star scoring system, update status and add notes as you walk the neighborhood or prospect from anywhere on your mobile device!

We've improved the accuracy of the estimated Property Tax in our Net Advantage Closing Cost Calculator.

Also, our Title and Escrow Calculator is updated for new Closing Disclosure rates.
