Thanks for using the Cyara Pulse app. We have made the following updates based on the user feedback on version 2.1.1:
1. Added the ability to view and create a service now ticket for a journey/test-case result (incident).
2. Added the ability to view and post comments for a journey/test-case result (incident).
3. The application now receives notifications for all the dashboard configured/selected in the alarm profile for a user.
4. Updated the alarm profile to allow the user to set individual notification types.
5. Added navigation from the journey results icons in the service accordion group to the relevant incident/interaction details screen.
6. Added back the share functionality to the incident pane.
7. Other U.I. updates and minor bug fixes.

Thanks for using the Cyara Pulse app. We have made the following updates based on the user feedback on version 2.1:
1. Add two way communication between the CX Summary and the service group (accordion) item:
- The demarker now moves to the lowest percentage value when the user taps the 'Go to graph' icon for the lowest percentage value in the service group (accordion) item.
- The demarker now moves to the longest incident when the user taps the 'Go to graph' icon for the longest incident value in the service group (accordion) item.
2. Updated the Web and SMS interaction details screens to handle the scenario when an omni channel journey fails on a voice step.
3. Updated the CX Summary screen to show red (failure) icon for all journey results other than Success or Satisfactory.
4. Other minor bug fixes.

Following functionality is now included in version 2.1 of the 'Cyara Pulse' app.
1. Version Check - The app now does a version check to show the correct screens/views to the user based on the Cyara Portal version the user is logged into.
2. Added CX Summary Tab:
- This tab provides at-a-glance view of overall CX performance via an interactive multi-line graph for the selected duration.
- The CX Summary Tab also allows the user to select/unselect and view the details of individual service groups.
- The user can also view the total incident count, total incident duration and MTTR (mean time to resolution) for each selected service group.
3. Added notification settings:
- Notifications can now be completely switched off via the Notification settings screen.
- The user can also set the notification threshold and daily/weekly schedule via the settings screen.
4. Performance Enhancements:
- The app now stores the dashboard data in the local storage. This makes the loading and rendering of the dashboard significantly faster.
- The app now displays the notifications for all dashboards configured by a user in their respective alarm profile.
- The resource files have been optimised to reduce the overall app install size.
5. Bug fixes:
- Duplicate notifications will now no longer display for Pulse retries.
- Data structures have been updated to handle different test result jsons to prevent an issue where the dashboard would partially load.
