Bug fixes and improvements
1. Timesheet default page
- Keep "Register" button available on each day even if the given day has already been registered hours
- Load hours of Saturday and Sunday onto the list
2. Add Hour page
- Displaying full content of ProjectName, ActivityName and Description fields.
- Allowing to input more Billable hours than registered hours
- Making billable hours visible inactive when selected activity is non-billable
- Automatically change ToDate to the same as FromDate if ToDate is older than FromDate
- Fixing an issue that could not be able to register Norwegian text
