The latest version includes new features on the property details to create a better user experience. Enhancements include:
-A mini mortgage calculator so you can easily view the average mortgage for a particular property and the breakdown of the monthly costs.
-Area stats for each property to gain greater insight into the surrounding area. Data includes demographic and real estate information, as well as lifestyle, crime and weather information.

Version 4 has arrived! We reviewed your feedback and vigorously tested it to come up with our best release to date. Firstly we improved our back-end system to make searching for your next dream home easier and faster than ever. Next we simplified our design in line with iOS7, and created a layout optimized for your home searching experience.
Upgraded to the new version includes:
Map Pins: Staying consistent with the new web map search we color coded the map pins based on property status.
Map Callout: Redesigned this to highlight property photos and maintain consistency with our list view.
POI Data: Added in the ability to see places of interest while you search for your next home.
List View: Updated the look of our list view page to highlight property photos. We also added the ability to lazy load property results as the users scrolls down the list.
Property Details: Redesigned this page to achieve a cleaner look including a reorganization of the property’s features.
Help Menu: Created a more descriptive and fluent help menu for our apps. We have also added helpful suggestions within the app as the user navigates around.
