Small improvements

- Additional messaging has been added to encourage users to upgrade their app version when it goes out of date to avoid version mismatch issues.
- In Prep and Freezer Pull > Print Settings, a new field has been added for IP address so that it can be easily updated by users.

- Resolved issue in which inactive and not visible employees were incorrectly shown in the list of recipients for new messages and/or in
the list of all shifts
- Resolved issue in Inventory that resulted in an error message when the current daily count date was unavailable. The user is now
presented with a straightforward message stating the issue for increased clarity

Improvements:
- Employees with certifications are now alerted, based on configuration, prior to expiration of a certificate so they may upload a new one
Fixes:
- Resolved issue in Inventory that resulted in directing users to the wrong shift count date when moving an existing count to a new date.
- Resolved issue in which the mobile view of "Waste" prevented users from scrolling through long lists of items.

- Added new module named "Certifications" enabling employees to upload their required certifications directly from the app.
- Employees with certifications are now alerted, based on configuration, prior to expiration of a certificate so they may upload a new one.

- The Waste activity has been added to the Data Central app so that managers and employees can easily track waste on the go.

Fixed critical log-in-related issues. Resolved issue in User Profile in which changes to an employee’s phone number made in the portal or the app were not correctly reflected in Shiftworks

Fixed messaging issues

- Employees who have been terminated or do not have any active stores are now prevented from logging into Shiftworks and greeted with a message to contact their manager for more information
- Resolved issue in which an incorrect "Network is Unavailable" error message displayed to users even though the network was available/connected

- Updated employee notifications for schedule publishing, changes, and requests to be easily understandable for improved inter-employee communication.

Improvements:
- In User Profile, a read only field for "Approving Store" has been added so employees that work in multiple stores know which store approved a schedule request
- Updated the swap request notification to contain swapped shift dates for improved communication to Managers
- Changed the login page "Sign up" button text to "First Time User" to better describe the user action required

- In My Shifts, employees can now swap their shift for another employee's shift that overlaps their current one.

- A new menu option named “Timeclock History” is added, for stores utilizing the Data Central Timeclock feature, so employees can review their previous timeclocks
- When swapping a shift, the employee now sees a clear error message when the swap they are requesting will cause a shift overlap for themselves or the other employee
- In User Profile, a bug is fixed so users can change their email without error

- In All Shifts, drop requests are no longer shown to minors if picking them up would a violate minor rule
- In My Availability, edits are no longer possible for approved or rejected requests to prevent an employee making changes without going through the approval process
- In My Upcoming Shifts, when an employee chooses one of their shifts to swap with another employee, they are no longer shown shifts to swap that intersect with their existing shifts

- Employees can now message all employees for better communication
- Employees can now receive push notifications from more than one company if they work for multiple organizations utilizing Data Central Scheduling and Shiftworks
- Minors are now prevented from picking up shifts that will result in a minor rule violation

- In My Upcoming shifts, when an employee is swapping a shift, the list of available shifts to swap is now sorted by start time.
- In My Availability, employees can now enter availability requests for an interval time range for efficiency and ease of use.
- Push notifications are now added to alert employees of new, incoming messages.
- In All Shifts, indicators have been added to shifts so an employee can see at a glance, what shifts are waiting on approval for swap and drop requests.
- In My Upcoming Shifts and All Shifts, the full month calendar can now be viewed with a downward swipe or a tap, so interaction is more intuitive.
- Employees can now choose to be notified via SMS when a SWAP request is accepted or rejected.
- In My Availability, time off blackout dates now only apply to for an employee's home store, not from stores where the employee has been borrowed. This avoids confusion and prevents unnecessarily restricting an employee.
- In Messenger and Notifications, the number of new messages and/or notifications is now shown in the main menu for quick visibility.

Features:
- Employees can now request shift swaps, drops, and adds from the mobile application and managers can approve them from Data Central making the process more streamlined for managers and employees.

Improvements:
- A prompt is now shown to the user when a new version is available

- In Messenger, push notifications are added to alert users when they have a new message
- In Messenger, scrolling is added so the employee can see their whole message if it is longer than the input window
- In Messenger, chat headers now display the chat start date/time the names of participants
- On the Login Page, the Change Password page is now loaded automatically when an employee logs for the first time, clicks Forgot Password or when they change their email address, for a streamlined experience
- In My Availability, time off requests are now prevented on dates that are configured as blackout days
- In My Shifts, scrolling is added to allow employees to view of all upcoming shifts, across multiple weeks, more easily
- In User Profile, employees can now change their own email address without taking a manager's time
