Fixes:
- if the Rent Amount = 0, it shouldn't pass
- if the app quits half-way, the sound should stop immediately
- able to play normal games after MMOLAN
- sidebar menu works as selected

3. This means that, the House/Hotel cannot be played together with the rent card on the centre table anymore
