Adjustment:
- Can only get maximum 3 stars in each level, any additional star(s) collected will get a coin bonus

Fix:
- Equipment Merchant in stage not show properly showing the item price, but showing the word "Buy" instead
- Heart and coins dropped by enemies could be transparent sometimes
- Minor typing mistake
- Minor Bugs and performance improve

New:
Player now can choose to complete a level in the middle of stage, or go for the challenges ahead.
Level 0 - 1 now has graphical instructions.
Visual effect when destroy an orc.
Visual effect when collect a star.

Fix:
Better drop rate of heart (healing).
"Defence" before touching the wall will not become "Wall Slide".
Screen not shaking when attack and taking damage.
Visual effect when walk and jump.
Minor revision to tips and instructions.

Fix boundary issue (character may stick to boundary) and some minor bugs.
Revise some instructions in Level 0 and Level 1, to ensure players read the instructions (which is really important for an action game!).
