Search Resident ID (ResID) – Apartment Residents can create a delivery profile via the DeliverHere app. The delivery profile will include the following resident info: first name, address, phone, unit number, building number, unit floor, gate code, delivery notes, and the apartment property map. Residents will receive a unique ResID that can be added to the "delivery instructions" or "driver instructions" section of their favorite delivery company apps and/or websites.
With DeliverHere Pro, you will be able to search the ResID and pull up a resident’s delivery profile. This new feature is aimed to provide a more efficient delivery process to apartment complexes. Residents will have the ability to enable/disable their delivery profile at any time. Therefore, it the delivery profile is disable you will not be able to access the delivery profile via the ResID.
The success of this new feature is dependent upon residents registering a delivery profile (via DeliverHere) and delivery drivers downloading DeliverHere Pro.

- Property Surveys - You will be able to complete surveys for properties that you deliver to. This will assist fellow drivers who also may deliver to the same properties.
