Here’s what’s new in the Deseret News app:
Periodically throughout its 165-year history, the Deseret News has included a beehive along with the newspaper’s logo on the front page. The beehive was a symbol of hard work and industriousness to Utah's pioneers and continues to be visible across the state.
In honor of that heritage, the Deseret News launches with this update a new app icon that features an updated version of the Beehive state’s classic symbol.
The new design should help you quickly find the Deseret News among your other favorite apps!
