We don’t want you to have to wait hours until you can reach our team, so we’ve updated the app to automatically include contact information for urgent* maintenance requests that come up out of hours. After you submit a request for an urgent issue, you’ll have the option to get contact details for our emergency tradespeople.

Sometimes, our handy owners choose to fix maintenance requests themselves. We’ve introduced a new feature to streamline the process in this case. You’ll be notified that the owner will be fixing it so you can see it updated in the maintenance history for any of your requests and will receive a message with details.

With our latest release of maintenance requests, we found that some requests of the type "other" with name "other" were being missed by the system. We've now fixed it so that you really can make "other" requests! We've also updated a few other items in the profile section to easily change your phone number and other profile details. Lastly, a reminder that if you enabled notifications, you'll receive updates on conversations that you have open with us from your app.
