We’ve built a brand new version of Dig based on all of your feedback. With free messaging, video chats, and more, you can meet and message other dog-lovers faster and easier than ever.
We've rolled out one of the most requested features on the app: video chatting! Now, you can video chat with the people (and pups) you meet directly in the app. Spend more time matching and chatting and less time coordinating. It's all built in!

*Now, add dog tags! Tell others if your dog is hypoallergenic, an emotional support dog, an influencer, and more.
*Visit the digital dog park! Meet up with more people on Dig in the Park. Share places you Dig and dog-friendly events near you. Why? Well the dog community is pretty pawsome. You can post dog-friendly date ideas that other people can use. Ask people what they think of dog related pickup lines before using them... Just like at the real dog park but without worrying about forgetting the owner's name ;-)
*Head to the section of Dig called Unleashed! Dig Unleashed has articles written by vets, trainers, and other dog-lovers just for you. Check out the post with first message prompts and ideas to get you started connecting with other dog-lovers. You'll also find some great DEALS on dog related gifts - so you can show up on a date and win over their dog from the start with a unique treat.
*Start swiping to see who is out there! Head to the "Dig" section to swipe through the amazing dog people on Dig. Click to read more about them in their expanded profiles. A STAR on their profile means they've upgraded to be a VIP member. You'll also see "NEW" badges - which means those dog people recently joined Dig!
*We call the exterminator on fleas and inappropriate photos.
If you’re trying to be crude, stop now. Dig’s new fully fledged content moderation team is made of the world’s second-best species: humans. All photos and content will be reviewed and approved before they’re made public on Dig.
*Dig is free from the get-go! You are welcome to join and use the app to find like-minded dog people for free. Once you’re on the app, you can upgrade to a VIP membership for access to premium features like private messaging, seeing who digs you, and more.

The Dig team isn't ready to kick back and snuggle with their pups just yet. We continue to work on feature updates, backend fixes, and other advances suggested by you. Thank you for your continued feedback. Additional changes in this update:
-A little puppy told us some of you haven't been able to create an account. That flea has been squashed, and you can now sign in.
-When you change and save your search criteria, the changes will automatically be reflected in the profiles you see. No more waiting!
