The Diplomatic Card app is your digital declaration assistent. Use the Diplomatic Card invoice scanner and submit your VAT refund requests within seconds. Track your outstanding refund requests and browse through your refund history. Gain insight in your expenses on mobile and in our cloud app.
With the Diplomatic Card app you will never lose an invoice again, nor won't you miss a reimbursement ever again.

STATISTICS - The Diplomatic Card app provides you with insights on your expenses using comprehensive statistics for every store, period of time, category or self-directed folder.
COMPLIANT - The app is fully compliant to the Circulaire by the Belgian FPS Finances on the 19th of July 2017.

A customer is given login credentials only if and when fiscal privileges apply, as granted to Diplomatic missions and Consular posts by the Vienna Convention of 1964, or granted otherwise. More specifically the entitlement to the exemption of VAT on certain goods and services in accordance with article 42(3), paragraph 1, points 1 and 2 of the Belgian VAT Code as published by the FPS Finances in the Belgian official journal on 19/07/2017.
