"Disabled Prevent หรือ ความพิการป้องกันได้ ถ้ารู้วิธี คือ Free Book Application ที่จัดทำโดย สภาสังคมเคราะห์แห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ภายใต้โครงการเผยแพร่การป้องกันความพิการและการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากคณะแพทย์ศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มูลนิธิเมาไม่ขับ

วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้สนใจทราบถึงสาเหตุที่นำไปสู่ความพิการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความพิการแต่กำเนิด ความพิการจากอุบัติเหตุ หรืออุบัติภัย พร้อมทั้งรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนสร้างวัฒนธรรมในการดูแลสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยให้แก่ตนเอง แก่สมาชิกในครอบครัว และแก่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อร่วมกันหลีกเลี่ยงสาเหตุที่นำไปสู่ความพิการ โดยตั้งเป้าหมาย ให้คนพิการที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่ลดน้อยลงในที่สุด สำหรับผู้ที่พิการแล้ว ก็เผยแพร่และรณรงค์ให้ทำการฟื้นฟูอย่างเข้มแข็งและถูกต้อง เพื่อลดความพิการให้น้อยลงและให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ใกล้เคียงกับคนปกติทั่วไปให้มากที่สุด"
