We’ve reworked our entire streaming system and you can now broadcast video to id3.fm!
The server connection system is now simplified as well, and you’ll only need our URL and your stream key to connect. This means you can stream from a variety of different broadcasting softwares, including OBS.
We’re really excited about the endless possibilities that video streaming will unlock, and we’re encouraging people to come up with creative ways to take advantage of this new visual aspect of the platform.
Video streaming is optional, and we will continue to support audio-only streams as always. You can broadcast audio-only streams using our new stream key system, or continue to use our old icecast system.

AUDIO ON DEMAND -- Broadcasters now have the option to record their live streams and make them available for on demand playback. Additionally, your past streams are now displayed on your profile page.
TRACK RECOGNITION -- Currently playing track information is now displayed while you are listening to a stream. You can also view a full tracklist of all the songs that have been played.
BROADCASTER CHAT - Broadcasters can now participate in the live chat and be a part of the conversation.
Plus, many bug fixes and speed improvements (as always). Enjoy!
