New in 1.5.0:
My goodness, it has been a while! There’s a bunch of changes here at the zoo to talk about!

Let’s see… so, first off, our scientists have made a discovery related to time travel and built a time machine. With the time machine you’ll be able to rewind time to unlock new Timeless animals in rescues! I don’t understand the details of how it works, exactly, but they assure me it’s safe… probably.

The IT department tells me they have a new cross-platform cloud save system, so you can back-up your zoo and have it available on different devices.

Our props department made a bunch of new fun stuff for the animals. New hats, new decor, and new toys in the ball shop! That should keep your animals looking and feeling great. Visitors to the zoo might notice the decorations you add now too.

We’ve also managed to reduce the costs of a lot of the rescue vehicles. It should make it a bit easier to explore new regions.

Speaking of saving, I got you a new piggy bank to help you squirrel (ha!) away some DiscoBux.

The transportation team tells me that the animal that stole the Funky Bus managed to get its license, so it can earn coins for you now. Though I still think it’s a bad idea to let the animals drive the bus...

I’ve given you a new option to disable the flashing lights during disco parties. Not everyone likes the flashing lights, but everyone should still be able to party.

Some of the zoo staff got new phones, so we’ve been upgrading various things around here to work better with their devices.

And finally, we took care of a few more bugs. After all, bugs are bound to appear in a zoo from time to time.

Like I say, it’s been busy. But it’s all in a day’s work for a Disco Zookeeper!

Disco Sue’s Zookeeper Log:

Visitors to the zoo who have iOS 10 devices now have stickers available for use in iMessage! I hope they enjoy them.

I convinced management to let me start stocking decorations for the animal habitats. Our zookeepers can now place decor items into habitats to help spruce things up a bit. Decor items can be accessed the same way as hats.

Speaking of hats, visitors to the zoo keep losing their hats! We’ve discovered several new types of hats that the animals insist on wearing.

Some visitors to the zoo expressed concern over a lack of water available to the Outback animals. I’ve made sure they are getting enough water.

Finally, we brought the zoo exterminator back in to take care of some bugs that were spotted. Things should be running more smoothly again.

I’d say it’s about time to head to the disco. All in a day’s work for a Disco Zookeeper!

Disco Sue's Zookeeper Log:

Management approved the budget to expand our rescue operations to a new region! I better make sure my hiking boots are packed.

The Zoological Space Agency has also expanded their exploratory missions. We should be seeing some new creatures in the zoo!

Some visitors had reported seeing a few small bugs in the zoo. The zoo exterminator assures me they’ve been...taken care of.

Some of the zoo staff got new phones, so we’ve been upgrading various things around here to work better with their devices.

And finally, with the holidays coming, I thought it might be nice to boost visitor spirits by having the animals wear some festive hats. I’ve stocked our hat inventory with a few free ones to get everyone in the spirit of the holiday.

Now I’m off to the disco. All in a day’s work for a Disco Zookeeper!

New in 1.2.2:
Improved performance.

Disco Sue's Zookeeper Log:

I convinced management that we needed to add another region to the zoo. They agreed! I’ll keep an eye out for a new rescue vehicle.

Last week the zoo was approached by the Zoological Space Agency. They’re thinking about setting up a program at the zoo if we can grow it big enough. Should be exciting!

I read a new study that suggests that animals need exercise. Two words: Beach. Balls.

Customer service reports that visitors keep losing their hats in animal habitats. I’m starting to wonder if the animals are deliberately stealing them...I’m probably just being paranoid.

We’ve retrained the giraffes how to sleep. Apparently giraffes are supposed to sleep with their heads on their bottoms. Who knew?

The head of zoo security assures me that she’s made improvements to the zoo walls and visitors should not be able to enter the habitats anymore. We were getting concerned by all those people sneaking into the dino habitats...didn’t they see that movie about the dinosaurs?

Phew...it’s been a busy couple of months. All in a day’s work for a Disco Zookeeper! :)

Disco Sue's Zookeeper Log:

today i convinced management to consider investing in aircraFt to travel to the ice age. i don't know what animals we'll find, bUt it should be excitiNg!

i spent some time toddler-proofing certain aspects of the zoo. zooKeepers can now enable toddler mode in advanced options.

yesterday i was watching mY diamond sheep hopping around and i decided diamond animals could use funkier haBitats. i added a nice treat for those animals. i hope they enjoy it!

i talked to tech support and had them upgrade the zoo's soUnd system. all zookeepers should now be able to hear sounds in the zoo. they can toggle the music on and off to reset the sound system.

finally, i've been making many small improvements and fixeS to the zoo. all in a day's work for a disco zookeeper! :)
