AVID/Hx is the revolutionary solution to medication reconciliation for both patients and healthcare providers.
It's a user-friendly app that tracks your medications with you, and is designed to synchronize seamlessly with all electronic medical record systems.
Subscription Terms:
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account when you confirm your subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is deactivated at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be switched off by going to your Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
