• Groups on Dive Chat have a shared calendar that any member can add to.
• Members get automatic reminders about upcoming events inside the group.
• Create unlimited topic-based subchats inside the group to keep conversation organized.
• Find every photo, video, poll, link, and form that has been sent inside the gallery.
→ Subchats
• Within your Dive Group, subchats are dedicated to topics where you talk with friends, plan the next hangout, and send polls, photos, videos, and GIFs.
• Subchats can be open, private, or for announcements-only where only admins can send messages. Everyone in the group can create a new subchat, but only admins can automatically add everyone.
→ Dive Events
• Create an event with all the details and collect RSVPs from the people you invite.
• Friends without the Dive Chat app can RSVP on the web and stay updated via text message.
• Share events with a link or directly to your Instagram Story, Snapchat Story, and Dive Groups.

Say hello to Dive Chat Serengeti! This update is the first named after a location across the globe to visit to make moments happen. Anyway, here’s what’s new…
→ Customization Notifications!
You’ll see a new message in the chat when someone changes their nickname or updates a conversation’s name, image, or color.
→ Open Addresses in Maps!
Your event pages now detect street addresses. Just tap on the address to open it in maps!
→ All New Onboarding!
When you sign in to Dive Chat or create a new account, there’s an brand new look and feel!
→ Other Improvements
• New: When viewing chats, there’s a new icon to indicate if a chat is for announcements.
• New: When the front page of the app is loading new content, you’ll see a new loading indicator.
• New: There is a beautiful new blur effect behind the status bar when you open events.
• Improved: There’s a new animation and style when alerts are presented.
• Fixed: When customizing an event cover, the pre-filled emoji can now be moved around independently from the background.
