About DoctorPhone
With the DoctorPhone® app you can easily repair or sell your smartphone and tablet. The app also recognizes which phone you have in use at the moment, but it is also possible to add another smartphone or tablet for a repair or sale.
This app is a simplified version of the website, but contains all the functionalities you need to repair or sell your device.
Some features of the DoctorPhone® app are:
* Simply register your smartphone or tablet for a repair
* Ability to sell your smartphone or tablet
* Recognizes any smartphone or tablet you are using at that moment
* Shows the nearest store location
* Choice out of all the repair forms that we offer, such as: on-site repair, repair in one of our stores, or send your device by mail for a repair
* Available In several (European) languages such as Dutch, English, German and French
Of course it won’t stay like this, DoctorPhone® strives to remain up to date in all areas. So there will be much more in the future!

The new version of the DoctorPhone® app means that you never again have to worry about buying a defective secondhand smartphone or tablet!
-Have you had a repair done on a telephone or tablet and want to be certain that everything is now working properly?
-You can thoroughly check a smartphone for any faults and defects.
-Test 23 different sensors and hardware parts.
Below is a short overview of the available tests:
1.Multi-Touch
2.Phone connector: tests the headset jack.
3.Touchscreen: tests if your touchscreen recognizes all the points.
4.Headset: tests that the headset works.
5.Speaker: tests that the speaker works by playing a tune.
6.Microphone: tests to see if all the available microphones work properly.
7.LCD: this test shows if there are any defective pixels.
8.WiFi.
9.Vibrate function: tests that the phone vibrates properly.
10.GPS: immediately shows your current location.
11.Proximity Sensor: tests if the phone screen goes out if you hold the phone to your ear during a call.
12.Gyroscope: tests the gyroscope when you shake the phone.
13.Flash: tests whether the flash can be switched on and off.
14.Compass: tests that the compass works properly.
15.Storage: shows how much storage is available and what the total capacity is.
16.Memory: shows how much RAM memory there is in total and how much is available.
17.CPU.
18.Battery.
19.On/off switch: tests if the on/off switch works.
20.Mute and volume button: Tests the vibrate/mute function of your iPhone and the volume control.
21.Accelerometer: uses a small game to test if your device recognizes movement.
22.Touch-ID: tests the fingerprint scanner.
23.Camera: tests that both cameras work.
After running through all these tests completely, the chance of a defect is extremely small!
