How DocVilla works?
DocVilla can work with and without medical insurance. Patients can register and login to the application, provide basic details about themselves, select the doctor, schedule an appointment for Video Consult or In-Person appointment and select the pharmacy where the prescription needs to be delivered. If medically needed, doctor will send the prescription to the pharmacy which the patient selected once the Video Consult/In-Person appointment is completed.

Why use DocVilla?
It works with and without insurance. It’s like having access to a doctor anytime, anywhere on your fingertips. Docvilla also integrates with your Health app and so can securely transmit your medical history to your provider so that they can better assist you.

When to use DocVilla?
Use DocVilla Video Consults for non-emergency issues instead of going to an ER or Urgent Care. For most patients, DocVilla is cheaper alternative than Emergency Room or Urgent Care. You can use it any time, any day, anywhere.

When do I get charged?
You get charged only after the doctor provides you consultation. We do not charge you when you take the appointment.

Can I share my health data with the Doctor ?
Yes. Docvilla integrates with Apple Health and allows you to share your vitals such as Allergies, Clinical Vitals, Conditions, Immunizations, Lab Results, Medications and Procedures. You can also share your clinical health records from Apple Health with the Doctor Show More
