Nato nel 2011 nel cuore di Trastevere, si presenta come una paninoteca e birreria fedelmente organizzata e decorata in stile rock’n roll. Un meraviglioso affresco domina una intera parete, rappresentando tutti I più grandi maestri del rock'n roll e blues che hanno fatto la storia della musica.
Specializzato in ogni tipo di panino e street food talmente ricco di prodotti tipici biologici regionali italiani da ricoprire una intera parete perimetrale,includendo anche una lunga lista di panini suggeriti dallo staff , selezionati negli anni e rinnovati costantemente.
Ogni giorno offre una vasta scelta di salse e mayonesi artigianali preparate a mano dai ragazzi. Il locale é munito di wi-fi gratuito , aria condizionata e servizio di delivery.
