Introducing Would You Rather - a game you've probably heard of and played before, this time hosted by our lovable robot friend, Miles. • We've heard your requests to make it easier to get your friends playing Drivetime with you, so we've added a new "Invite Friends" button to the main menu! You can also invite friends from the home screen after finishing a show, or from the Friends page.
• You can now choose the audio playback speed from the Settings page. You can select any rate from 0.75x (slower) to 2x (faster), and your preference will be remembered between sessions.
• We've added the Airplay "output device" selector to the bottom of the Home page, allowing you to manually choose your car's bluetooth / USB speakers (or other audio device) if they aren't automatically selected when you open the app and connect to your car.
• We've also added a check to let you know if your volume is disabled before you start the show, to help prevent confusion.
• The issues with open-ended questions have been fixed in this version, so we'll be bringing them back soon!
• Also, Miles (our robotic British friend) will do a better job of letting you know what went wrong if you lose connectivity or your microphone has an issue requiring a retry of a question.
• You can now request to repeat the question as many times as you want.
• If you need to file a support ticket, you can now choose from the email apps you have installed on your phone, rather than being required to use Mail.
• Some of our audio files had an unintentional "chipmunk" high-pitch effect, which has been corrected.
• Finally, we've fixed various smaller bugs and crashes that some of you were experiencing.
