With the Duke Energy app, you’ll be able to easily manage and view your accounts anywhere, anytime. Current features of the Duke Energy app allow you to:
• Easily log in. Using your Duke Energy account, you’ll be able to log in once and have options to set up either Touch ID® or Face ID® to easily access your account.

• We love biometrics, but they make us forget things. If you don't remember your Username, tap on "Can't Sign In?" from the Home Screen and we'll help you out!
• Since we mentioned forgetting things, do you need to report an outage through lite authentication? That flow, which is accessible by tapping the ellipsis on the Home Screen, has been updated with all the bells and whistles that are available inside the app.
