With the Duke Energy app, you’ll be able to easily manage and view your accounts anywhere, anytime. Current features of the Duke Energy app allow you to:

• Easily log in. Using your Duke Energy account, you’ll be able to log in once and have options to set up either Touch ID® or Face ID® to easily access your account.
• View and pay bill. Access your bill from anywhere and set up automatic payments. You can also view your billing history and easily compare bills from last year and last month.
• Report an outage. Inform us if your power is out and get updates on when it is estimated to be restored.
• Track energy usage. View your past and recent energy use so you can better manage it and get more detailed information.
• Set up bill reminders. Stay on top of your bill and always know when to pay.
• Save more. Take advantage of our energy and money-saving offers.
• Customer service. Contact our customer support if you ever have questions about your service or your energy bill.

Ever frustrated by an error when accessing your energy usage graph? We heard your feedback loud and clear, and re-built how the app retrieves your information. We’ve also upgraded the date picker, so it’s easier for you to find out exactly how much energy your in-laws used when they stopped by unannounced last month. Energy nerds, rejoice.

Speaking of energy usage: don’t have a smart meter? We’ve updated how energy use is displayed for customers still rocking an old-school meter.

The weather can change on a dime, but our content during storms was previously locked as a static message. No more: we’ll be serving up dynamic updates as our heroic crews respond to the next major event.

Sometimes, outages happen. We’ve got two fresh updates that make reporting your outage faster, and also improve your ability to report an outage at a location that’s different from your registered account, like Nana's house.

Many of you asked for a log out button in the left-hand navigation. POOF: your wish has been granted.

Want to turn off verification options like Face ID, Touch ID or passcode? You can find your newly-minted choices under Settings.
