About EasenAttendance
This app is a mobile client app for customers who use attendance management system and attendance devices developed by Easen company using biometrics recognition technology.
By using this app, customers can manage employees' data, attendance data, surveillance logs in real time and they can watch employees' movements.
Customers can receive notifications when employees clock in and out.
And they receive notifications when unknown people approaches certain zone also.
How it works:
Firstly, Time & Attendance/Access Controls and surveillance system will be installed in the customer corporation.
After that, management team will configure employee information and attendance information such as shift table, shift assignments in attendance manage program(Desktop program).
And also they configure surveillance cameras in surveillance program(Desktop program).
Once configured, the attendance data from access control and the logs from surveillance system will be sent in real time to internet server.
Using this app, customers can watch the employee attendance and surveillance logs.
When attendance or surveillance data updated, the customer will receive notifications.
If customer detects unknown or criminals in surveillance log, he may want to check through surveillance cameras.
Using camera feature, he can monitor the inside of the building through cameras installed.
In this app, camera streams are available in LAN at the moment.
