Easy Swimmer is a methodology to learn how to swim from 5 years old and in fact for all ages. The application “Sea Turtle” is the third step.

The “Sea turtle“ step (3/5) is aimed at apprentice swimmers, who are gaining confidence in the water but who still need assistance.
Important! The steps 1 and 2 in “Easy Swimmer“ must be mastered before advancing to the step ‘Sea Turtle“. This is important as in this step we will learn how to gain control in deep water.
The teachings from this third step are: advance on the stomach and on the back without assistance, jump in the water, descend to the bottom, stay at the bottom and swim to the surface.
Agreeing to jump in the water is an accomplishment. The duck dive allows the swimmer to reach the bottom of the pool. This accomplishment reassures the swimmer in the aquatic environment. “I know there is a bottom, I can reach it and return.”
The “Sea Turtle“ step teaches autonomy; I can swim by myself.
Easy Swimmer consists of :
- 5 evolutionary steps over 5 levels of proficiency
- In excess of 130 filmed educational exercises and commentaries.
- A step by step learning approach with fun tests and diplomas at the end of each step.
- Play and learn together in a fun and friendly way.
- A block building approach to master the swimming strokes: crawl, breast stroke, back crawl…
