The eCapital Mobile App Message Center allows more secure, direct communication with our Account Management Team and Customer Service.
Compose new messages, attach documents, download files, and see your entire message history in a safe, authenticated environment.
- Administrative Control: Admin permissions allow you to control which of your team members should have access to the Message Center.
- Message History: Safe and secure storage of all message histories and documents.
- Case and Status: A tracking Case Number is assigned to each new message string and users will instantly see the status updates on sent and received messages.
- Email Notification: Control how often you wish to receive email notifications that alert you to new messages arriving in the Message Center.
- Search and Filter: Search and Filter panel allows users to quickly navigate their entire message history based on a search string, case number, date range or message status.
