-Pay without logging- New Pay option on the dashboard will direct you to PayDirect where you can select the institute and branch and pay the fees using registration number/mobile number/email id.
-OTP based functionality for recovering password.
-Retrieval of user id through security questions- If you have forgotten your user id, no issues! You can retrieve it just by answering a few security questions.
-New Support option added for faster queries resolving.
