The new ehCOS Remote update is now available!
The most outstanding features of the version are:
• Session Status Management. The videoconferences content with status so that users can identify if they are scheduled, in progress or ended. The professionals will be able to initiate the videoconferences and when it is in progress the participants will be able to join.
• Video start notifications. Now Participants will receive a notification when the professional initiate a videoconferencia to join. If the user is connected to Remote web, he will be able to view this notification on any Remote screen and it will redirect to the videoconference screen. In case you are connected to the APP, you will receive a push notification to join and if you are not connected, you will receive an email with the link to join.
• List of sessions. The usability of the list of group sessions was improved so users can join, see the Participants and end the session in the same list.
• Viewing participants. The option to view the participants once the session is created has been included. Through this list you can check if the participant is connected to the remote videoconference screen or the APP.
• i2cat videoconference. In case of having the i2cat videoconference, you will have access to the following functionalities:
o Re-invite users. From the list of participants you will be able to re-invite users that Hayani has been expelled or that extends disconnected
o Expel participants. Moderators will have the option to kick participants from the session and will no longer be able to join unless they are re-invited.
o End the session. Once the last moderator leaves the room, the session will be terminated for all users.
o Mute and remove camera. The moderators will have the possibility of deactivating the camera and microphone of the participants. Participants will receive a notification.
o Presentations. Now you can create Presentations for Review of clinical cases or Sessions that require a larger number of participants.

This is very useful in case you have patients who require positive reinforcement for the use of the application or on a specific topic, for example, "Don't forget to measure your glucose every day", "Remember to fill out your doctor's questionnaires " or "Folic acid is important for your baby to be born healthy and strong."
