E-Hire provides features to help employers and possible employees to contact each other. Companies and future employees can enter their own information and make them available to others, check who is in the area, see an employee's picture before making any personal contact. Wages, position, self pictures, address, date availability, phone numbers, social media are available. Job hunters can let employers to check their profile. Some features are required and some others are optional for possible employees and employers to fill. It is up to users to fill all the spaces and promote themselves into the market or leave it blank if they want not to fill them.
Any company or any person is welcome to use the app for hiring somebody. e.g. Sink is broke and the home owner needs a plumber to fix it. E-Hire works only as the bridge to connect both parties with no liability of finding workers, jobs, wages, background, reliability, efficiency, honesty, continuity or any other aspect. E-Hire opens the bridge to hire or be hired for short term as one single job day, a contract or any long term position.
