• Custom skip reasons: enter a free-text reason when skipping an inspection point or zone, instead of choosing from a fixed list
• Area management during inspection: add, edit, and delete areas without leaving the inspection workflow

Fixes & Improvements:
• Map icons no longer appear faded on lower-end devices
• Tapping a map pin now reliably scrolls the list to the correct item
• Map pin colors update immediately when inspection status changes with no manual filter refresh needed
• Instrument reading fields now behave correctly when a negative-pressure or negative-temperature component records a positive value
• IP type filters now update in real time when a new type is added during a session
• Swiping back from an inspection point or area add/edit screen now navigates to the correct location
