Ellie Medical Survey Description
***Ellie should only be used in collaboration with your treatment team and with Dr. William Ellison, Ph.D. at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, USA. If you’re in San Antonio and would like to use Ellie in therapy, ask your care provider or contact Dr. Ellison! Together, we can set up a plan to use Ellie in a way that makes sense for you.***

When you’re talking with your therapist, it can be hard to remember the details of what’s been going on. Ellie is an app designed to help people communicate with their therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals so that everyone has accurate information and you get the care you need.

How Ellie works:
• You select 5 experiences to track
• You tell Ellie what your typical sleep-wake schedule is
• Ellie prompts you to track those 5 experiences, on a sliding scale, 5 times per day
• Dr. William Ellison, Ph.D. and his research team provide a personalized report about your experiences. The content of the report, and whether it goes to you or your therapist, depends on your needs and those of your treaters.

Using Ellie is free and carries no obligation of any kind.
