The ELM LaunchPoint mobile application is a user-friendly tool that provides field evaluators the ability to observe, collect, test, and certify employees performing a variety of real world application skills testing. This type of on the job observation can be used in conjunction with written and verbal testing to certify that an employee can perform multiple skills while retaining class room training and informative guidelines. ELM is continually adding field evaluation testing to its library as field observation testing becomes increasingly important to certify that the applicable job function can be performed efficiently, safely, and correctly. The application will be able to be leveraged across all consumer and business platforms.
