PANIC ATTACK AUDIO GUIDE:
EmMa will help you through a Panic Attack. Learn the steps to stop panic in its tracks. If you do have a panic attack, EmMa’s audio guide will support you through it.
Add your favorite techniques to your personalized Coping Card. This is a short-cut to the techniques that work best for you. Or, use one of EmMa’s preset Coping Cards to quickly find a list of techniques to manage anxious feelings and racing thoughts.
Check in on your progress using the Anxiety Assessment. Track your mood over time, and watch your anxiety decrease as you use EmMa’s techniques daily.
Sometimes, we just need extra support. EmMa will send a simple text to the person you select, when you choose “Send Alert” at the bottom of your Coping Card.
