Enklare hantering av utlägg för både små och stora företag! Entré Utlägg underlättar utläggshantering genom en direktkoppling mellan företaget och de anställda. I appen registrerar de anställda utlägg, traktamenten och milersättning. Informationen lagras säkert med åtkomst från både webbläsare och direkt i appen. Genom administratörsgränssnittet anpassas inställningar för kontoplan eller lönearter och skapar direktkopplingar med företagets ekonomisystem alternativt lönesystem, samt anpassar appens utseende. Emailkvitton skickas vidare till utlagg@hantverksdata.se Stöd finns för hantering av digitala kvitton som kommer direkt från butik. Papperskvitton fotograferas direkt i appen. Du skapar enkelt utläggsrapporter som du skickar in för godkännande och utbetalning.
