He has to start the kill gangster battle to destroy their plan for the gangster jail breakout of Vex. Fight with them to reach to the mafia god father, as Frank is the real street soldier shooter. As Frank fighting with mafia crime city gangster, the other ones are successful in the prison jail breakout plan and has taken Vex to another place.

Now the mafia gangster has taken Vex to the destroyed crime gang street where they have kidnapped the innocent civilians. Davis Mark is the elite army soldier, who is here to rescue the civilians from the crime mafia and fight with the criminals to arrest the boss Vex of the drug mafia.
