[New] Added a dedicated fusion mode, so from now players can consume fusion medals and heroes to directly fuse a selected hero.
[Optimization] The requirement of using fusion medals in random fusing mode has been removed, so from now 10 heroes with the same number of stars can be fused into a single hero with higher stars.
[Adjustment] Adjusted the mechanism of damage reduction attribute. The damage factor was adjusted from (100%-[damage reduction] + [extra damage] ) to ((100%-[damage reduction]) * (1 + [extra damage])).
