Epower app is a mobile application that allows the purchases of prepaid and postpaid, both electricity and water, Irrespective of where you are in Ghana, and the time of the day. You simply provide your meter ID or account number and the amount you want to buy, and BOOM !!! your light is back, or your water starts flowing. You can now add meter information prior to your purchase of prepaid. If you have multiple meters, you can add all of them, including the meters of your friends and loved ones. Another important feature available in version 1.3.6 is the ‘Pay 4 me’ functionality. You can now ask your friends or loved ones to buy you prepaid, by sending them a request containing your meter ID, amount, meter name and location.

We release regular updates to the Epower app to fix issues and improve performance.

You can now reorder a transaction you ordered previously. If you want to buy the same amount of prepaid electricity or postpaid electricity/water, as what you bought previously, you simply go to ‘Transactions’ and click on ‘Reorder’ button against that transaction, you will be able to reorder the same transaction without having to type the information all over again.

We’ve made some improvement changes to user settings, we have increased the information you can update on yourself.
