Mobile users are now able to see a percentage value in the session list view which represents the percent of the checklist that has been assigned a passing status value. The percentage remains at 99% or less until a user with Host, Alternate Host or Session Editor user assigns the session a completed status value.

The Remote Access version 2.17 update allows for integration with SiteTracker. Users are able to instantiate Remote Access sessions from within SiteTracker. This allows for the seamless population of Remote Access session details, along with inspection checklists from SiteTracker’s database. In addition, users are now able to conduct daily and ad hoc Operational Health and Safety inspections utilizing different checklists from within the same Remote Access session.

Compress Files Before Upload Functionality
Ericsson Remote Access mobile and desktop apps now automatically resample image files from their original size to a smaller file size. This helps to reduce upload times over slow internet connections, and also reduce data storage costs. There is no noticeable difference within the upload process of the desktop browser environment or mobile apps. However, maximum file dimension received by the Remote Access server will not exceed 1920 pixels.

Release 2.10.0 corrects an issue that occurred where HEIF and HEIC files captured on a mobile device did not support embedding GPS Coordinates. Instead, the files would read, “Data not available,” within Remote Access version of the files.
Now when GPS coordinates are available within High Efficiency files captured on a mobile device, and then uploaded via the Remote Access mobile app, Remote Access can transfer the metadata to the resulting JPG file. The GPS coordinates are ultimately burned into the image files stored within Ericsson Remote Access.
Correction for mobile users were unable to delete files that they uploaded from their own account
