Node grouping - Grouping allows you to create abstract or logical groups of devices like lights, switches, fans etc.

Node sharing - Sharing allows a user to share devices with other registered users and allow them to monitor and control these nodes.

Time zone configuration is now supported on per device basis. You can update your device to support any time zone provided in the dropdown list.

Voice Services - Provided link to guide you to enable Alexa and GVA in your ESPDevice.

Provisioning - Save your home network credentials in app to allow for faster provisioning.

UI/UX improvement - Improved user interface for better experience and accessibility.

ESP RainMaker was primary built to offer remote connectivity to ESP Devices. However, if the phone and the device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, controlling the device directly on the local network is much faster and reliable.

Using mDNS based discovery and HTTP based control, ESP RainMaker now offers this facility of local control. Since the cloud is no more in picture here, it can work even when there is no Internet. So go ahead and try this out, but remember to first enable this feature in your device firmware.

Support for Scheduling.
Schedules allow you to automate a device by setting it to trigger an action at a given time on a specified day or days of the week. With our latest app this feature has been embedded in a way that provides seamless and easy to use interface for the users.

Just enable scheduling feature in your RainMaker device(s) and start playing around. You can create schedules with one or more devices in them and once created, perform other operations on it like edit, delete, enable, disable, etc. Give it a try and let us hear your feedback.
