Modern technology changes the game when it comes to education, municipalities and authorities. Working targeted with tablets and smart phones is a way to raise the students, teachers, new arrivals, and the long-term unemployed skills to manage new technologies and discover new opportunities.
Many participants may not understand the Swedish language and have difficulty understanding the Swedish system, but are willing to integrate themselves into the society.
