EVOCALL is part of EVOASSIST, a fully scalable digital assistance platform for professionals including branding, on-premise-installation, SSO, business process integration and much more.
Live video and audio streaming allows specialists to guide the work process and send image-based feedback directly to the mobile device. This allows them to provide location-independent support in real time. Furthermore, the entire support call can be recorded and later used for training sessions. The communication is completely end-to-end encrypted.
Based on a clean and intuitive user interface, the app allows simple and quick adoption and a smooth communication experience.
The range of use covers maintenance, malfunction repair, and service & shadow working through expert support.
Regardless of whether you use smartglasses, a computer or a smartphone – EVOCALL supports commercial devices and therefore does not require specialised or expensive hardware.
