Exceed operates under SEC Regulation-A, in conjunction with FINRA and SEC compliant vendors and partners.

Exceed is an investment platform enabling users to purchase shares in companies that are raising capital under a SEC qualification mechanism known as “Regulation A”.
These companies are typically representing musicians, artists or other talented individuals and groups.
Owners of shares in these companies may be entitled to certain perks, such as polls, project updates or meet-ups (much like regular shareholders in companies that have the right to attend shareholder meeting and receive information updates).

Neither of Exceed's main activities - not the facilitation of the purchase of shares, and not the associated benefits of ownership - are paid-for digital content, services or subscriptions.

SEC and FINRA rules do not allow Exceed to collect the payments for shares directly in-app. Our app therefore represents a “gateway” to a SEC/FINRA approved Broker/Dealer, Escrow Agent and Transfer Agent, all of whom we have been required to engage for this purpose.
