香港人生活節奏急速，經常面對來自不同層面的沉重壓力，保持正面的思維尤其重要。香港大學公共衛生學院獲政府食物及衞生局健康護理及促進計劃支持，與東華三院合辦舉行「e家·樂分享」計劃，以創新互動的手機程式傳遞積極正面的訊息，促進青少年及其家人與人分享，正面思維和享受生活（SME，Sharing, Mind, Enjoyment），有助於未來有效地在香港推廣精神健康，以及帶動家庭成員間的連繫，促進健康和快樂的生活。
